2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Navigate to "Order History," select the order, and click "Return Item.
  • Follow the provided instructions.
  • Package the item securely with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Please ship it to the designated return address. Alternatively, you can return the item to the company's contact phone number and address on this webpage.

4. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • EBOX may provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible return cases.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Exchange Policy:
